The price of the ticket varies by tier (e.g., General Admission, VIP, Early Bird) and will be clearly indicated on the ticketing platform, plus any applicable taxes and processing fees.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase (or according to the terms of an offered payment plan, if applicable) using the accepted payment methods indicated on the ticketing platform.
Upon successful completion of payment, you will receive a confirmation email, which serves as your ticket or provides instructions for accessing your ticket. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.
3. Admission Policy
A valid ticket confirmation (digital or printed) is required for entry to the Event and associated activities for which the ticket is valid.
Tickets are valid only for the date(s), time(s), and Event specified.
Attendees must generally be 18 years of age or older, unless otherwise explicitly permitted by the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any Attendee who fails to comply with these Terms, engages in disorderly conduct, or poses a threat to the safety, enjoyment, or professional atmosphere of the Event or other Attendees, without refund.
Attendees must comply with all rules and regulations of the Venue, including any security procedures, health and safety protocols, or other posted policies.
4. Refund and Transfer Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Purchase Protection Recommendation: For added peace of mind, you might consider if Purchase Protection is offered during your registration process. This optional service, if selected and paid for, may allow you to receive a refund for your event fees if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen covered circumstances as defined by the protection provider (e.g., health emergencies, transportation failures). Please review the terms of any such protection carefully if you opt for it. The Organizer is not affiliated with and does not administer any such Purchase Protection.
5. Event Cancellation or Postponement
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the Event in its entirety or in part due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, acts of God, public health crises, pandemics, epidemics, government restrictions or advisories, venue unavailability, speaker unavailability, or insufficient enrollment.
If the Event is cancelled by the Organizer and not rescheduled, ticket holders may be offered, at the Organizer's sole discretion, a refund of the face value of the ticket or a credit towards a future event. Processing fees are typically non-refundable.
If the Event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date(s). If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refund eligibility will be determined by the Organizer on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed.
The Organizer is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other ancillary costs incurred by Attendees in relation to the Event, its planning, or in the event of cancellation or rescheduling. We recommend purchasing refundable or flexible travel and accommodation options.
6. Chargeback Policy
You agree not to initiate any chargebacks or dispute payments with your credit card company, bank, or payment provider for tickets purchased for this Event, given the clear non-refundable policy stated herein.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment in contravention of these Terms, you acknowledge that this action will be vigorously disputed by the Organizer. You will be held liable for any and all costs incurred by the Organizer associated with the chargeback process, including but not limited to, bank fees, administrative costs, collection agency fees, and legal fees.
